Parkland International Realty, Inc., was founded in 1981 under the guidance of Broker William H. George, better known to all as “Hal”. Located on Park Avenue, the realty thrived with many referrals from friends, neighbors and community leaders, as well as clients of Parkland Homes, Inc. “Our business has been built on quality relationships and quality service, all through the years” says Andy Holland, (for many years the top realtor with the firm). 

Hal George recently partnered with long time friend and realtor, Jan Walker, taking Parkland International Realty to a new level. Joining the firm with Jan are many of her former associates and colleagues to bring the total number of agents to 25. In addition, the office is lead by Linda Sampieri, manager of realty operations, whose background is in real estate management and before that, as an executive with Darden Restaurants.
