Biography
Andy is a top producing professional realtor serving the needs of buyers and sellers in Central Florida for over 23 years.
Andy specializes in residential sales and property management from starter homes to estates. Andy has been involved in residential construction development sales with Parkland's sister company Parkland Homes, a luxury home builder in the Winter Park and Maitland communities. He is also active in commercial property management and sales. He is affiliated with the Orlando Regional Realtor Association, Mid Florida Regional MLS, Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Andy has been an agent since 1986, returning to Winter Park after a successful sales career with a multinational company covering a vast area of Florida.
Andy grew up in Greenwich, Connecticut and went to college in Winter Park earning his B.A. from Rollins College. Here, he met his wife, Mudgie. They have been happily married for 26 years. Together they have raised two children. Their son Crane graduated from Florida State and is in his last year of the Crummer School of business at Rollins College achieving his MBA. Their daughter Hope just finished an internship at Fox Business News this summer and is finishing her final semester at Auburn University with a journalism degree.
After attending Rollins, where he played soccer, Andy used that experience to coach youth soccer for many years and was a past advisor to the Winter Park High School soccer team. Andy actively serves on the board for Winter Park/Maitland affiliate of Habitat for Humanity and is active at St. Margaret Mary church. When time permits, Andy enjoys running, golf and traveling.
