Biography
When Pam started in Real Estate 20 years ago she never would have imagined ending up Florida! Born in Montreal and now living in Winter Park, Pam brings years of International Real Estate experience with her, as well as a passion and first hand knowledge in New Home Construction. As an on site realtor for the past 6 years selling in the Windsong community of Winter Park, Pam has worked with the finest custom home builders in Central Florida in one of Winter Park's most exclusive custom home neighborhoods. There is nothing like selling a homesite to a customer and going through the process of building a unique custom home with them. Winter Park has always attracted a discriminating buyer and it is essential these days to know the different housing markets. While the zip code might be the same, the homes within it can be drastically different, and that is certainly the case in Winter Park. We see everything from the charm of older architecture and time honored designs, to a new generation of homes that represent today's character and building improvements. Pam would give credit to her mother for teaching her how integrity and hard work serve as necessary ingredients to a successful Real Estate career. Customers needs are as varied as the homes on the market, and a trusting relationship with her clients is never negotiable. In her spare time, Pam has many interests and hobbies. She can be seen running all over town with her 3 kids, who serve as daily reminders of the "busy blessings" in her life. Her philosophy in life is one that combines a passion for people, a commitment to give back, and a genuine intention to grow in spirit everyday.
