Betsy Alaimo
Biography
Betsy Alaimo is a full-time Real Estate Sales Executive. Her interest in becoming licensed in 1982 was so that she could share in the commissions when she bought and sold her own personal properties. Later, Ms. Alaimo worked for national real estate franchises helping others buy and sell residential properties. That is when she received her Certified Buyers Representative (CBR) designation. From there, Betsy worked specifically with foreign investors who sought residential properties in Florida. She found the properties, supervised renovations, handled the property management, and, at the end of the investment period, sold them.
Looking to expand her knowledge, Betsy worked for a residential developer as a Sales Executive. There she learned more about the construction process of single-family homes from a developer's perspective. The training also emphasized teamwork, marketing, and customer service, all of which Betsy has cleverly worked in to her methods of doing business. Presently, Betsy is working with Parkland International Realty Inc. in Winter Park, Florida and the Greater Orlando area. There, she recently received the honor of Real Estate Agent of the Year for 2008. Her specialty areas are the Greater Orlando Areas including Winter Park, Lake Nona, Downtown, and Windermere. She has a good working knowledge of the beach areas of Brevard County as well. Knowing that the world is going high-tech, Ms. Alaimo received her e-Pro designation which gives her savvy in the internet world. She is working on her Certified International Property Certification as well as her Eco Broker designation. Betsy is known for her patience and professional attitude. She has received countless awards, but will insist that the best award she can enjoy is when her clients are happy and satisfied.
