Biography

Mr. Densmore began his real estate career in 1989, becoming a REALTOR in the early 1990's. Jim's experience spans both the Residential and Commercial markets. He has represented both Buyers and Sellers within the Restaurant, Warehouse/Industrial, Land, Office and Business-Brokerage fields.

Mr. Densmore joined PARKLAND INTERNATIONAL REALTY expanding the Commercial Division. The Commercial Department serves not only Central Florida, but enjoys World-Wide presence.

Prior to entering the Real Estate Field, Mr. Densmore was Vice President of Operations with the Olive Garden Italian Restaurants. He was instrumental in the rapid, edge-out-expansion of this Italian Dinner House concept. During his eighteen years with General Mills Restaurants (Darden Restaurants), he also directed operations in the Midwest United States, as Vice President of Operations of The Red Lobster Restaurants.

Jim is also an active consultant within the Restaurant Industry specializing in operations and Real Estate and very involved with his community. Jim after serving his second term as Treasurer of The West Orange Chamber of Commerce he has now been elected "Chairman-Elect".
