Biography
Along with his two colleagues, Byron has agreed to become part of the founding group of Brokers designated to head up the new commercial division of Parkland International Realty. He is a native of Orlando and has witnessed the area's transition to a vibrant International commercial real estate market.
His real estate career has spanned more than twenty years during which time he has facilitated a wide variety of commercial transactions, including: the acquisition and disposition of hospitality, retail, office, and industrial properties. The majority of his work has been focused on land brokerage involving all aspects of the entitlement process.
Prior to his affiliation with Parkland International, Byron spent 10 years with Signature Realty and Development directing acquisition and development of commercial properties on behalf of the company. He began his career with Florida Ranch Lands learning land brokerage from the masters.
