Biography
Cindy is originally from Birmingham, Alabama but is proud to have called Orlando home since 1999. She received her BA in English with a Minor in History from Ole Miss in Oxford, Mississippi. Cindy is an ambitious Realtor® with a reputation for providing outstanding real estate services to home buyers, sellers and investors. She is highly motivated to help her clients realize their real estate goals and prides herself in being dedicated and professional in working with buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate process.
Cindy has extensive contacts in the real estate profession and real estate related services, which helps in getting her clients fantastic deals and the best quality peripheral services. She strives to go above and beyond on every transaction and believes her extraordinary customer focus is the reason she has so many repeat clients and referrals. In 2009, Cindy joined forces with The Randall Group at Parkland International Realty, Inc. to bring her buyers and sellers the highest level of marketing capability and support available.
As a Certified Distressed Property Expert® (CDPE), Cindy has a specific understanding of the complex issues confronting the real estate industry and the foreclosure avoidance options available to homeowners. Through comprehensive training and experience, she is able to provide solutions for homeowners facing hardships in today?s market, specifically short sales.
Cindy currently lives in Downtown Orlando and enjoys volunteering, boating, traveling, running and yoga. She can be heard every Saturday as Co-Host of the talk radio showReal Estate Radio Now on am540 WFLA.
